She has severe diarrhea. I

Customer: I've had her to the vet a week ago and they gave her some antibiotic for 4 days. The diarrhea went away for about 4 days and came back with a vengeance! I got a fecal sample to the vet and all tests were negative. The vet said it was stress diarrhea?! I don't know! She doesn't seem stressed, in fact she seems to feel pretty good. She's 9 years old.
