Customer Question

My cat Mia suddenly (over night) has become lethargic. She is eating and drinking well, but just is so listless. I did take her to the vet and she had pink eye, which I am treating. However, the vet did no blood work. Mia
At that point, she had been lethargic for about two days. Now, she is still lethargic and it's been five days.
JA: I'm sorry to hear that. Could be a lot of things that cause lethargy. The Veterinarian will know how to help Mia. Is there anything else important you think the Veterinarian should know about Mia?
Customer: I really don't know. She was a stray, and I've only had her for about 3 months. She has had her shots and tested negative for feline leukemia, etc. She's only about a year old. I wonder if she ingested something?
JA: OK. Got it. I'm sending you to a secure page on JustAnswer so you can place the $5 fully-refundable deposit now. While you're filling out that form, I'll tell the Veterinarian about your situation and then connect you two.

Hello & welcome, I am Dr. B, a licensed veterinarian and I would like to help you with your wee one today.

Any retching, gagging, lip licking, drooling, vomiting, or diarrhea?

Any coughing, sneezing, or congestion?

Are her gums nice and pink (not white/pale)? Moist or sticky?

Is she drinking normally?

Did her vet note if she had a fever?

What treatment is she on?
