Customer Question

I have a 10 year old domesticated feral female calico. She sleeps in all night, and is out throughout the day In the summer, we keep a fan in the room where she sleeps as well as fresh water in her dish. We have had possum in our yards and are afraid to leaver her out. Is this ok?

Bless you for being so great to this sweet girl!
Yes, it is absolutely fine to keep her in if there is any danger outside.
You are most definitely helping her. Most cats are very happy to be safely indoors. She does not need to go outside to be happy.
She is bonded to you and loves you so just provide some toys and make her into a house cat.
Foraging toys
I have 5 indoor house cats that are all purrfectly happy.
