Scotch tape in itself is not particularly dangerous as it is highly unlikely that it will stick to your cat's insides or anything like that. However swallowing any non food object can have dangers such as blockages of the bowel.

It is more than likely that the scotch tape will just pass through but you should monitor your cat for signs such as vomiting, abdominal pain, not eating and lethargy, If any such signs develop you should contact your vet without delay.

In the meantime just monitor your cat ...
