My cat suddenly started walking sideways, wobbly and is vomiting white foamy stuff. He still purrs and is eating, what should I do?

From your description, it's possible that your cat is experiencing an inner ear disturbance like an infection, or Vestibular Disease, a neurological condition which causes a cat to walk/stumble like he's drunk.

The vomiting may be due to dizziness, accompanying the problem with equilibrium, causing nausea.

It's also possible that your cat may have ingested a toxic substance, like antifreeze, if he goes outside or has access to your garage, as that shares symptoms with Vestibular Disease.

I would recommend a vet visit, ASAP, to determine the cause of his symptoms, and he will be treated so he's feeling more comfortable.

I hope all will be well!
