Cats are very sensitive to non-steroidal anti-inflammatories and are prone to GI ulceration from these drugs. Banamine often has adverse effects in dogs and cats. The Veterinary Drug Handbook does list a dose for cats at 0.25 mg/kg injected subcutaneously given ONCE only. I personally would never recommend giving banamine to a cat.
Why is your cat in pain?
If you feel that he is going to need more than a single dose of pain control, then you should bring him into the veterinarian so that a drug that is designed for use in cats can be prescribed.
I hope that this information is of help to you. Please let me know if I can be of further assistance.

I have just moved and my job did not start as it was suppose to. I cannot afford a vet, which is why I am serching for answers on the web. I have some banamine. I think my cat got into a fight with the cat that was already here. He has had chronic pain in his back end and has a scratch above his eye and on his back. I would take him to a vet if I could, but I can't. Often time takes care of things like this and I am looking to ease his pain for the next few days while he heals. Any advice.

Is the banamine oral or injectible?
How long ago did he get in this fight?

No, I am unable to see pictures on this site.

You cannot give oral banamine to a cat, so that is not an option for you. Unfortunately, cat bites usually result in infection and that is most likely why your cat still seems to be uncomfortable. He is most likely going to need antibiotics to resolve the situation. I know that you are having a problem with cash, but I must recommend that you take your cat into a veterinarian to have him evaluated for the possibility of an abscess. The vet may need to open and drain a pocket of infection if it exists.
