Cat's noses aren't wet like a dog's. Their body temperature is normally around 101 degrees, so they will feel warm to us. Feel his ears - they should be fairly cool. If your kitty isn't sneezing or doesn't have any drainage from his nose, he is probably fine. Make sure he continues to eat, drink and use the litter box. If any of those things stop, or change, there could be something else going on. congrats on your new family member!
