I'm sorry that your question wasn't answered in a timely manner. Regretfully, if your parrot hasn't eaten for 5 days, you're in danger of losing her at any moment. The high metabolism of birds requires their eating regularly. A swollen abdomen can indicate quite a few disorders - heart, kidney, or liver failure - as well as genital tract infections and yolk peritonitis. "Blue feet" are cyanotic (lack of oxygen to her tissues) - another negative prognostic sign. An avian vet ( will need to attend to your parrot if she has any chance of recovering.
