My name is ***** ***** I have been a Vet tech for 30+ years. I apologise for the wait. This question was just sent to me since nobody was available. Sorry to hear about your Parrot.

To stop the bleeding on the beak you can use Plain Flour or corn starch and apply to the beak and hold it there like a poultice. It will stop the bleeding in a matter of mins. It is safe and non toxic. Please let me know if your Parrot is ok and the bleeding has stopped.
