You've described the problem quite well so I have only a couple more questions: Importantly, is this discharge colored or clear? Also, is your bird lethargic (sleepy, slow)? Is he still eating and if so, what kind of foods? Has anything led up to this? Exposure to non stick cooking utensils for example, even if it didn't singe or burn? Any exposure to potentially toxic foods or plants?
