My ringneck dove has one of s wing feathers drooping down.

Customer Question

My ringneck dove has one of his wing feathers drooping down. We think he had a fall in his cage. He is much more quiet and inactive since this happened so we are not sure if he is in pain. He picks at the drooping wing feather but has not been able to pull it out. I'm worried that the feather may have blood flow to it. Do I need to take him to the vet (which may be very stressful for him)? Could he possibly bleed to death if he manages to pull the feather loose?
