I was the victim of a Medical provider in Hawaii

Second opinion] I was the victim of a Medical provider in Hawaii Over-prescribing me dangerous Benzodiazepines, and he informed the pharmacy when flagged for raising my dosages from 6mg a day to 12mg w/out changing the Instructions or reducing the quantity. I have been exhaustively trying to find an attorney to represent me in the Medical Malpractice case. I've spoken to nearly 20-30+ law firms in Hawaii, and those outside the state and within, and have been told by several prominent firms that it was only due to the current caseload they had that they couldn't take my case on, but they all agreed that my case was clearly a valid one, one whereby it's cut and dry with the prescribers pharmacy records, and the records showing that he, when notified, overrode the alerts stating it was his intent. This has devastated my life and has caused me irreparable damage. I have suffered a loss of function & quality of my life and now have to submit to an excruciating medically supervised inpatient treatment facility because of the dangerous and lethal risks associated with my provider's actions. I have until approximately Mid to Late August to have something filed in court to preserve my legal rights under Hawaii's RICO/Malpractice law. However, I cannot find any firm that will take the case as they're only focusing on catastrophic Medical Malpractice cases. If I am unable to find an attorney, and must be represented by one to bring such a legal claim, what options do I have as a consumer to preserve my legal rights with the courts, so I may have this case filed/submitted and so that I may if able to procure an attorney to proceed in retaining, hopefully on contingency, and have them help represent me in the case. I need to know how or what I can do if I am not yet represented by an Attorney, can't find one and am running out of time based on the statutory limits to be still able to file this case and or file something with the courts to preserve my legal rights against this medical provider. I have filed a Medical Board Complaint against the provider, I've alerted the DEA to the prescriber's actions, I've also filed a police report for professional negligence and for an investigation into whether or not the medical provider, by showing intent, may have committed a crime under Hawaii's criminal statue.
