Was in car accident. No one hurt, no ambulance, no police, verchaly no damage, in a different state. Exchanged Information. Now getting call from my Insurance wanting to talk about Insurance claim other individual aparentley has filed. What if anything do I need or HAVE to say too them? Should I be talking to them? What will happen if i dont talk to them? Thanks

You can explain no injuries or damage incurred. Burden of proof on the other driver. I would not ignore to avoid a one sided story or lawsuit.
