Customer Question

I was rear-ended in a MVA. The police dispatcher told us to move off the highway into a parking lot. This was at night ad the police office shined his light on my bumper. There were scuff marks. Because of his report they are calling this an incident. However, the next day in the sunlight I noticed that the top on my bumper had a spider crack and the bumper had been pushed up into my rear door. I had an estimate on it and the total was $601.68. The woman who hit me stated that there was no damage because the police said so. she is ignoring my phone calls. What can I do?
