Kirk Adams : Hi - my name is XXXXX XXXXX I'm a Personal Injury litigation attorney. Thanks for your question.
Kirk Adams : You would need to consult with a products liability attorney that specializes in medical devices.
Kirk Adams : If this product is defective, or has a history of not lasting, and causing patients to have to endure multiple surgeries as a result, your husband likely has a claim for products liability.

Hi , ok so how do I go about finding One in my area?

Kirk Adams : He can search for an attorney in your area by visiting
Kirk Adams : When you go to the site, click on "Find a Lawyer or Law Firm" and then enter your relevant search information.

Sorry , I was writing that info down

ok so I look under product liability or medical devices

Kirk Adams : you can look under products liability and then there should be a sub-category for medical devices.

Ok Thank You

Kirk Adams : No problem. Thanks for letting me assist you.
Kirk Adams : Also, if you have any additional questions, please let me know.

Do you know if this company or product has had other claims

Kirk Adams : Not off hand - - BUT a quick Google search would probably tell you......
Kirk Adams : Also, most manufacturers sell a product under several different labels or brand names, so it may be that you have to do more digging - - but a medical device atty will have a good hold on these types of issues.

I try googling says about broken pedicle screws but then thats all it says. I am not the best computer person :)

Kirk Adams : search pedicile screw litigation. I found some information there, including a link about ongoing litigation posted by the American Association of Neurological Surgeons.
Kirk Adams : sorry "pedicle"

I appreciate your help Thanks Again

Kirk Adams : No problem.
