2. Is she active and interacting or she seems tired and sleeps all the time?
3. Is she taking fluids in and keeping them?

The symptoms your daughter is having seem to be due to a viral infection that is self limiting and generally gets better in the next few days. In the meantime, it is important to keep the child well hydrated. I would avoid warm water as warm water does make her more nauseous. I would give her room temperature water and fluids as warm water can make her worse. I would also give her BRAT diet (frequent small amounts of banana, rice, apple, toast) and also plain chicken soup. Also, Tylenol will help with pain, if she is not allergic to this.

Finally, ORS (oral rehydration solutions) are the best fluids to give her as it helps with water and electrolytes that she is losing with the vomits.

If she is not taking enough fluids, she is tired and less active or continues to throw up, a check is needed to make sure she is not getting dehydrated as dehydration can be dangerous in children.
