Thank you for the input.Bowel habit can change.Usually formula fed babies are more constipated.Increased frequency can be from an inflammation or infection.Viral one is common & usually runs its course.Twice in a day is not worrying.
Mildly sunken fontanel can be normal as you have noticed it for long. You can wait & watch. Please try to give fluid.Pedialyte can be givenIf it gets more frequent or if she develops nausea, vomiting, fever, I would suggest to take an examination by doctor.Stool test can be taken.I hope this information will be helpful. If you have any query, please feel free to ask.If you are happy with my answer please click on the Excellent/Good rating. Wish her healthy life.Regards.
As I said, passing stool twice in a day is not concerning.
Bowel habit can vary.
Mildly sunken fontanel can be seen in some babies normally.
If it is increased, it can be due to dehydration.
You need to watch it.
In dehydration fontanel would be more deep, go inward.
