Hi, Sorry about the illness. Pain mostly due to infection, so may try motrin. Non-obstructive small stones are no surgical emergency. Urine sample may be cultured in pathology lab couple of days consecutively to find appropriate antibiotic.

No infection according to them due to the overuse of antibiotics currently. Unable to take nsaid due to ulcers. Tylenol and bentyl not doing anything for pain. She's not sleeping or able to do regular activities. Most days she spends crying in between vomiting and me trying to get her to eat or drink. 10 lbs weight loss she's 5'7" was 117 now only 105

She's even taken up to 12 mg of klonpin to try to sleep through some of the pain - seems to be the only time she is semi comfortable but still cannot lay on irritated kidney side or back

Has to be admitted under care of a Urologist for possible injectable relief drug round the clock. Meanwhile please give motrin along with 15-30 ml of maalox with each dose.
