Thank you for the input.These are likely to be swollen follicles.This red color can be from an inflammation.An infection is also possible.But it is not always MRSA.It is not common.Please do not worry.
If it increases in size with pus, please get her an examination by doctor.You can apply warm, moist compress there.Neosporin antibacterial cream can be applied too.
