Our 5 year old has had a slightly red puffy lower left

Hello. Our 5 year old has had a slightly red puffy lower left eyelid for a month or so. He had a stye originally that went away but it is still lightly red and puffy for over a month . It doesnt seem to bother him. He rubs it on occasion. Any ideas. I attached a picture

What treatment did he get for stye?

Nothing. Just let ot resolve on its own. It was small on his lower eyelid. He has had them before. I assume it was a stye. Small white/red bump on lower eyelid

In the picture there is still some yellowish appearance near eye lashes.
You can apply warm, moist compress.
However, I would advise to get him an examination by doctor.
Antibacterial eye drop/ cream can be prescribed.
