Thank you for your question.
I am Dr. Su S. and I will try my best to help you.

Since when is she having the breast pain?

Is there any swelling/redness?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
She has mentioned the pain for the last couple of month on and off , there is no swelling or redness or lump around it.

Thank you for the input.
There can be musculoskeletal pain.
Costochondritis is a possible cause.
As there is no swelling, redness, there is unlikely any serious issue in the breast.
Sometimes, there can be referred pain from underlying structure or organ.
As it is continuing for several months, I would advise to take an examination by her doctor.
I hope this information will be helpful.
