Hi, Please use only one-fourth this volume, double diluted if at all, as may overload with sodium on absorption. Better to drain upper airways while baby coughs, inverting position head low on your extended legs, face down thumping lightly upper back. May also give few sips of warm sugar water with dash of salt as liquefier of sputum. Good luck to baby.
