Hi. Dr clarke my son is special needs,, he has temp. Of 101.9 13years, I used cold clothes already and gave him Calpol 10ml at 4pm temp. When down to 100.9,should I continue with the same treatment

You can try Motrin or Ibuprofen instead of Calpol.
Continue sponging.
Try to give him more fluid.
Dehydration is common in high fever.
