Customer Question

My 9 month old boy has never has an erection. There is some kind or abnormality with the tip of his penis but his doctor thinks it's just the meatus that's a different shape and should not be a problem as long as he's eliminating properly. My 3 year old has had erections from the time he was born so I find this odd, should I be worried? What could cause this issue?

Hi, no need for concern. Some boys have this due to maternal male hormone in breast milk. End organ sensitivity also differs. Please write whether foreskin intact or cut

Still no concern, at most you can schedule a sex hormone check for blood level any time his blood is drawn.
