Hi my 7 year old child has had scarlett fever was unable to take antibiotics but she kept vomiting on 2 different brands then got severe tonsilitis she is now complaining of chest pain and side pain and her feet have turned yellow and temp of 38.6

It would be ideal that you should brought her to ER as early as possible , because chest pain associated with fever and vomiting is critical situation and immediate treatment with intravenous antibiotics are recommended .
