Please persist with pediatric urologist for the renal issues (high creatinine), which may cause other biochemical alterations like high alk. phosphatase (rickets-like condition), triglycerides, normal hgbA1c and tsh rule out thyroid disorder, Diabetes Mellitus. Six yrs age is too young to worry about mood disorder and attention deficit.
