My 6 year complains he is getting a pain on the top of his head. It only last a very short time maybe minute or so and then he says it is gone. It happened last week and again today. He does have a stuffy nose! He is playing as normal and sleeping the fine.

Thank you for your question.
I am Dr. Su S. and I will try my best to help you.
Pain lasting for about a minute can be a muscle twitch.
As he has stuffy nose, it can be a headache due to cold.
In cold infection adequate rest, fluid are good.
Now, you have to watch.
If the pain is frequent and continues then you should take him to his pediatrician.
