My roommates' son threw up at school on Friday so he came

Customer Question

My roommates' son threw up at school on Friday so he came home but he was fine and eating the rest of the day like nothing happened. Did he have a contagious stomach bug? It is now Monday. Would I have fallen ill already if I was going to catch it? No one else in the house has been sick yet.

Thank you for your question.

I am Dr. Su S. and I will try my best to help you.

As there is no other symptom since Friday, you should not get worried.

It is unlikely a contagious stomach bug.

He is eating normally.

No one else has got any sickness.

Vomiting can occur from indigestion, stress.

Nothing to worry.

I hope this information will be helpful.
