Thank you for your question.
I am Dr. Su S. and I will try my best to help you.

When did they appear?

Is there any pain, itching, fever?

Is there any fluid in then, blister like?

Thank you for the input.

Sorry for the delay.

I had problem with internet.
Blister like rash can occur from chicken pox.
I would advise to get her examined by doctor.
Sometimes, contact dermatitis can occur from exposure to an irritant.
But those usually occur on extremities.

You can give her zyrtec if they are itchy.
I hope this information will be helpful.
