My 5 year old grand son has started bobbling his head frequently he appears to be counting or spelling and when asked what he is doing he says he counting or tracing some thing. It seems to be happening more frequently. Should we be concerned?

Hello, No there is no cause for concern as long as his behaviour is otherwise normal. This mannerism will go away with time so just ignore. You may take a video of his act and show it to him just to demonstrate this sight.
