My child's stomach problems have resolved (she hasn't been throwing up and can now eat) but her fever has increased to 101 for the last three days and she is very tired and doesn't have much of an appetite. I am concerned she may have an infection. I live
overseas...what type of things should I ask the doctor here to check for?

Hello, Sorry she is still sick. Please get her checked by doctor for throat infection and a strep swab test. Urine and blood tests like CRP, counts also may be ordered if throat is clear.
