my 14 month old swallow acetone nail polish remover when the nail lady left it in his reach he threw up right away I'm not sure if he even swallowed any i called poison control right away they said to watch him for two hours if he had any symptoms he never then tonight around 6 hours later he threw up he still acting normal playing and looks good but should i still worry 6 hours later

I would not be concerned at this point if he's playing and acting normally otherwise. You did the absolute right thing to call Poison Control. They are a wonderful resource and have a huge database of information. I would go easy on his tummy tonight (just gatorade or pedialyte) and just continue to watch him. He should be fine.
