My baby is 9 weeks old and just wondering why her body is

This answer was rated:

My baby is 9 weeks old and just wondering why her body is warm but her hands and feet are cold? Does that mean she needs more clothes? Also, why there's a day that she's super fussy and the next day she's fine? Is that a growth spurt?

Greetings, Thank you for your question. I am Dr. Su S. and I will try my best to help you. When did you notice the temperature difference? How is her temperature? How is feeding?

Customer: replied 3 years ago.
The weather is colder these two days so I'm just wondering if she needs more clothes. Just her body is warm but hands and feet are colder so wasn't sure what to go by. Her feeding is fine. No problem at all.
Thank you for all the input.
The colder extremities are due to exposure to environment.
Sometimes, during the onset of fever, the hands & feet can become cold.
But as she is feeding normally & otherwise fine, this is not an issue.
Please keep her hands & feet covered with socks/ gloves.
Baby can be fussy occasionally. This is normal.
