Ok and thanks for all details.

Respected customer, coughing and gagging is still possible when lungs are clear. These can be due to post nasal drip due to nasal blockage, throat problem and gastroesophageal reflux disease. My advise for you is that continue the treatment which your doctor prescribe and also give her steam neubulization regularly at least 4 times a day. If this nasal blockage approves and even then if she continue to cough, gag and vomit, then consult with your doctor especially a pediatrician for evaluation and treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease. As this is a well know cause of problems she is having.
Thanks and do let me know if you have any follow up questions regarding her problem.
