This answer was rated:

6 year old son started with fever, headache, stomach ache, and now day and a half later is now vomiting, and still has headache, and stomach ache. No fever anymore but do not want to risk dehydration. Any idea.

The symptoms look like viral illness.

Usually viral illness do not need any treatment except symptomatic.

But as he has started vomiting, he may not tolerate orally.

He may become dehydrated.

There is no OTC drug for vomiting.

It will be advisable to consult his doctor or ER for examination and management.

I hope this information will be helpful.

Please ask if you need any clarification.

Best wishes.
