My daughter is 5 month old.She sweats a lot while feeding and sleeping.Being winter couldnt allow her lightly dressed even i leave her such she gets cold and cough.Help be by advising how to dress her feel comfortable.Kindly explain why she sweats loke this

Sweating while feeding maybe a sign of a heart disease, please get your pediatrician to examine her as soon as possible.
A rule of thumb is to try getting her to wear 1 layer of clothes more than what you are wearing.
Rickets (Vit D deficiency) is something that needs to considered to.
Of course some children may have just a normal tendency to sweat more,
