You might feel guilty but those feelings can be dealt with...keep communicating with each other and the kids and I believe all will go well.

Sine you are both clear that you don't love each other then remind her that in the end this will be the best for all and to keep the kids in mind when the urge to speak nasty or blame comes up.

The articles all speak the same...some kids do well and some do less well, but it is how it is handled by the parents during and after.

Only the two of you can come to a place where you are on the same page. All the articles in the world won't help is she doesn't want the divorce and chooses to act in a way that will hurt the kids more. If you feel she will do that and that is your worry and you feel that staying is the only option, then that is your choice. But, if you both talk openly about what you need and can come to a place of understanding then great. No article can solve it for you...these are rough times and are painful for all.

I can't say whether there is hope or not...I can only say that you both deserve happiness and talking about it all and coming to a place of understanding is the way to go.
