He has great skin and is very handsome and this just damaged his appearance

I think this is some identity thing. I recently gained custody of him and his three brothers.

Ink poisoning is NOT likely at this age, though he should be asked about if the guy doing the tattoos was certified, since there would be other concerns like infections (local & systemic)
