I think my son has an editing behavior what should I do?
Could you clarify what you mean by Editing Behavior?
Customer: replied 7 years ago.
He is a impulsive child. 17 years old. He did smoke weed for quite sometime until we caught in action.
We monitor him and test him once a month and make sure he is clean. Lately I just find out he is
smoking and i ask him why he is doing this? He said because he smoke weed in the past and sometime
he is craving for it. Instead of weed he is smoking.
I believe that tobacco is almost as bad (& possibly worse) than Marijuana.
It seems that his impulsiveness is the reason for this behavior.
I would certainly recommend a mental health professional evaluation since this type of behavior can lead to risk taking that may be detrimental to the person's health.
In the meanwhile, lots of physical activity, a hobby, a friend circle, and being able to talk to someone when there is an urge to smoke would be the way forward,
