I was wondering if somebody can possibly eyeball my MRI of my right shoulder. I did not get a read on it yet, but I'm anxious to know if everything seemed okay.

I had had pain on and off for years that always seemed to go away, but i have been having more constant pain for the last month or so and limited range of motion like reaching above or bringing my arm across my body. Sometimes it hurts to sleep on that side. I sometimes feel a pop or clunk when moving my arm. It kind of all got exacerbated by pushing a door open.

Please excuse for the long delay.
What happens is, once you opt me out I cannot post anything in the thread even though I can see what you write.
I had to request the moderators to open the question for me by opting me in.
I have just received there mail that I have been opted back in.
I have gone through your MRI and I see that there is lot of inflammation and effusion around biceps tendon. This type of picture can be associated with SLAP tear.
MRI by itself is not the best investigation to visualise a SLAP tear.
For this MR arthrogram may be required where dye is injected into the shoulder joint and MRI is done.
There is some effusion in glenohumeral joint as well.
Considering your symptoms you may also have an issue with your acromioclavicular joint. This is less likely at your age.
Feel free to ask any follow up questions.
Do take a moment to honor my work and time by rating my answer hopefully 5 stars.

Thanks! That’s interesting because I just saw the radiologist read and it said everything was okay.
Orthopedist: Dr.Sawhney, Orthopedic Surgeon replied 4 months ago
I have correlated your clinical picture with your MRI picture.
Probably that is why I could appreciate the changes.
You should see an Orthopaedic surgeon or a sports injury specialist who can examine you and synthesise findings of clinical examination with your MRI findings to reach a conclusion.

Thanks for the help! So should I just bring the disc to ortho? Because he only gets the reports
Orthopedist: Dr.Sawhney, Orthopedic Surgeon replied 4 months ago
You should take the disc to your orthopaedic doctor.

Would you advise somebody to work with this situation as a nurse or is rest needed?
Orthopedist: Dr.Sawhney, Orthopedic Surgeon replied 4 months ago
One can work as a nurse but one should avoid activities which are painful.
