This is Dr. David

how old are you?

are you male or female?

you should see a doctor at the ER or see your primary care doctor

it sounds like you need some xrays of your foot and toe to check for bone fractures and to check for hip fractures

you should ice packs wrapped in towels to these areas to decrease pain

you need to put down non slip friction strips in your shower so you don't slip again

you may need to install a grip railing in your shower so you don't fall.

do you have a doctor or emergency room where you can see a doctor right away

and get some xrays to check for fractures?

I hope you didn't hit your head
