I feel like my Achilles is pulling away from my heel. I can

Customer Question

I feel like my Achilles is pulling away from my heel. I can step on my toes and flex without pain but if I try to do certain exercises like mountain climbers or other things that cause me to flex my toes up more that just General flexing I feel a pull and it feels like tape pulling away.
I don't have tremendous swelling- just a little, but I am worried I might do serious damage.
I iced for a bit when I got home.

I have been doing a lot more exercise to lose weight. Weight training and kick boxing. I also work with children so I am very busy on my feet a lot.
