FINDINGS: Five nonrib-bearing lumbar type vertebrae are present.
Alignment: Grade 1 spondylolisthesis present L4 on L5. Minimal retrolisthesis L2 on L3. Shallow left convex spinal curve noted.
Degenerative Changes: Multilevel marginal osteophytes present. Facet joint degenerative change present L4-L5 and L5-S1. Disc space narrowing most notable L1-L2, L2-L3, and L5-S1 disc. L4-L5 disc also appears slightly narrowed. L5-S1 foramina appear
mildly narrowed.
Geographic Bone Lesion: None seen.
Fracture: None seen.
Prevertebral / Paraspinal Soft Tissues: Atherosclerotic vascular calcification is present.

Spondylolisthesis is the forward displacement of a vertebra, especially the fourth and fifth lumbar vertebra, grade 1 is the mildestretrolisthesis is a posterior displacement of one vertebral body with respect to the adjacent vertebrae to a degree less than a luxation (dislocation)degenerative changes is arthritis type of inflammatory changes.osteophytes are extra bone spur growthsfacet joints are one of the joints of the spine which connect the upper and lower vertebral bones and are close to nerves which exit the spinal cord.being overweight can cause disk space narrowing between the bones of the bone fractures are seen. no bone have some plaques in the blood vessels which comes with age in your aorta which is close to your old are you?are you having back pain?are you overweight?
