I had a back injury in June of 2015 where I was lifting

Customer Question

I had a back injury in June of 2015 where I was lifting something heavy and felt a tear up the middle of my back in between the shoulder blades. since I have had an MRI and was told I have a mild case of arthritis. My question is could this cause radiation pain in my chest? or could there be a pinched nerve perhaps causing pain? I have had a stress echo and nothing seems to be wrong with my heart but I'm still with the occasional chest pain
