you are not going to die

you may have metastatic carcinoid tumor as what was found on your biopsy.

you need blood test to check your chromagranin A levels.

you will benefit from sandostatin injections which can very much slow down the carcinoid tumor

you should get your pathology report reviewed by pathologist at dana farber.

you should get a pill endoscopy scope procedure to look into your small bowel

that is when you swallow a pill camera which can look inside of your bowel

After our phone visit ...i took shower. I am having a hard time with upper back ,chest tightnesd ,breathing, fatigue, weakness, ect im gonna die dr. Heaviness in arms, blurred vision ,head heavy, weak legs, ect I'm pretty much in bed all the time.csn barely brush hair. Thanks for your call it was nice chatting .dont let me bring u down u r smart ,trying to convince me it's anxiety .feels more like heart trouble
Oncologist: Dr. David, Doctor (MD) replied 1 month ago

your symptoms are due to a pinched nerve and spinal stenosis and some edema in your inner ears.

you can try seeing your chiropractor for your spine. you may benefit from a thoracic brace.

try some asparagus or dandilion herbals to help get rid of fluid when you are very dizzy.

I'm not having edema now ,no room spinning dizziness today ...i have trouble with breathing, severe upper back discomfort ,heaviness in arms ,head, severe fatigue. Heart palpitations, impending doom symptoms, weak back ,trouble walking, so I'm in bed .still having trouble ,bags under eyes ,blurred vision .I'm dying ....if I had to go Dr today I couldn't make it. Im too weak doc. Seriously. ...this is not anxiety, pinched nerve .maybe some what, but not all this breathing stuff. I can't go out to get coffee today I'm way too weak getting worse. My brother had this trouble end of his life with lung cancer. He was on oxygen but still was tired just to go to the bathroom from his bed. He took whatever drug they gave him. I'm opposite. But my oxygen levels are good 99 percent ...my blood pressure unstable at times ...orthoststics not good. ...im not sweating ,just heaviness. Tumor in head can cause that effect but cat scan was normal of brain. .I'm dying. Dr.ginna call today from Mexico in 10 minutes. I thought it was tomorrow I let u know what he says .save me doc please save me.

Hi just got off phone with Dr. From mexico...i told him my symptoms first he said sounds, like u too weak to come .but if u do they put u in patient 3 weeks .. give u sm.dose of chemo, high dose vit.c like 12000mg of but c and vit k... ...they don't need to find tumor it targets them kills the cancers in most. I asked if u r stationed in san.diego Calif. But your hosp.in Mexico he says because its not approved here. Also he doesnt know anything about antibiotics used for cancer. He said I'm an oncologist for 15 yrs. We don't treat cancer like infection we don't give antibiotics i said I thought your hosp gave antibiotics and vit c and k..he said no. Never heard of that. .I said look if I wanted to do this at my house how can I get vit c. He said u need truckloads that's why it in i.v. it's like 12000mg. U only get in stores 100 mg ...i said well ok I guess this isn't for me I don't want any chemo. But can u get me some antibiotics doxycycline. He said no I can't do that plus I would need to see patient. He said u can probably ask your Dr or go to walk in clinic get some I said sneak me some I'm not asking for pain med. He said no cause he would have to call it in... I said ok. If u know or do anything else to help patients give me a email. Thanks. ... if I am alive. So Dr. He sounds professional. ..like u. His name Matt schlechten...german fellow. ...hmm I said guess I will go out on my own take antibiotics if I can get ..and drink lots orange juice. .. I feel like I'm dying Dr. Heart weak.
Oncologist: Dr. David, Doctor (MD) replied 1 month ago

IV vitamin C just goes out of your urine

it doesn't fight cancer.

antibiotics won't fight cancer.

And worse after I eat. I told u I eat a lot...damn can this be ...some type worm I don't gain weight or lose..my chest tightens and upper back severe discomfort. Weak arms ,ect u know ...what about severe reflux. Can this cause this ? ..my throat still discomforted from head bring tipped back probably that tube that goes in your throat. My head feels good tipped back but to turn head to right not good and putting head forward not good.... some Thing to do with eating when I don't eat I get jittery shaky then I grab food eat like I never ate before I wolf it down. Like I never ate before. Does this mean anything
Oncologist: Dr. David, Doctor (MD) replied 1 month ago

in the winter time, we can tend to eat more calories.

fatigue, lack of sleep, spicy foods, tomato sauces, can cause acid reflux.

when you don't eat, you can get low blood sugar levels.

we have talked about your symptoms already.

your symptoms are from a pinched nerve in your spine and neck.

reflux is a separate issue.

then treat the acid reflux.

I bet you will still have your symptoms.

If I still have symptoms its few things. Cancer.... cause inflammation in chest nodes....#2. Malfunctioning nervous system due to tumor.....multiple system atrophy from tumor.....or least of all asthmatic from food and weather
Customer reply replied 1 month ago
I got hoarse voice in spring too ,tightness ..
Oncologist: Dr. David, Doctor (MD) replied 1 month ago

your cancer is not causing your symptoms.

you had these symptoms before you had cancer

but you don't listen to me.

Ask Your Own Oncology Question
Customer reply replied 1 month ago
Well again u r right ..(im not listening to u. ) ...these symptoms are not what I had 3 months ago .......am I dying.? And u r telling me that it's anxiety trying to distract me from the dying process.. its not working. ....im severe fatigue with this. ...iim not imaging this. We ... u and I know i have a tumor somewhere. This is not imagination. Tumors can cause this. I saw movies with people with tumors.. they freak out, get violent ,stress bad. Short tempered ...ect.... consistant with brain tumor. Even though cat brain scan couldn't find. Is there another way to image the brain to see like brain waves..eeg. any way else other than mri
Oncologist: Dr. David, Doctor (MD) replied 1 month ago

you are not dying

you have bad spinal stenosis and vertigo dizziness symptoms

you could have labarynthitis caused by ideopathic edema

I want you to try some diuretic the next time you feel very very dizzy

and see if getting rid of excessive water out of your body can help your dizziness symptoms.

MRI is the only way to image the brain.
