My son has a WBC count of 4.6, Neutrophil % of 10% and Lymphotcyte 88%. Had Croup, Tonsillitis, and then stomach flu all in a row. Night sweats every night and now three small bruises on back. Is this something to worry about or all do to a virus?

Also, last week for 6 days in a row he had recurrent nosebleeds. 2 to 3 a day. His doctor did not think they were connected to his labs or illnesses though. He has gone 4 days without a nosebleed now though. He is 6.
