I recently had an abdominal scan without contrast which reflected a lobulated low density
mass measuring 8.9 x 6.7 by greater than 8 cm indeterminate - cystic lesion,or
retroperitoneal sarcoma - additional fatty infiltration of lever with sparing around the gallbladder - any ideas? I plan to f/u with iv contrast enhanced imaging or the
abdomen and pelvis - would an ultrasound be valuable here - what are your thoughts?
