Here are the ultra sound results
CLINICAL INDICATION: Right upper quadrant painTECHNIQUE: RoutinePREVIOUS EXAMINATION: 6/4/2014FINDINGS: No intraluminal gallstones are noted. There is sludge noted
within the gallbladder lumen. Gallbladder wall is normal in thickness.
The extrahepatic biliary system is within normal limits.Liver is normal in size and echogenicity. Focal lesions are detected.
Portal venous flow appears normal. No fluid is noted within Morrison's
pouch.Pancreas is normal in size and echogenicity. No focal lesions are
1. Small volume of sludge is noted within the gallbladder lumen. A
similar finding was present on the previous examination.
2. The liver and pancreas appear sonographically unremarkable.

it looks like they saw some sludge in the gall bladder

which is thick bile

they saw it there before on your prior gall bladder ultrasound

there are no signs of cancer on this ultrasound
