Customer Question

I have just had an esophageal biopsy, is there a major difference between an LA Grade B reflux esophagitis and a LA Grade A?

This is Dr. David

there is no much difference between LA grade A and B esophagitis.

Grade B, One (or more) mucosal break more than 5 mm long

Grade C and D esophagitis is much worse.

are you changing your diet and taking proton pump inhibitors and eating smaller meals to prevent acid reflux?
