This is Dr. David

it sounds like you had a CT or ultrasound scan of your liver.

heterogenenous echo texture means the liver looks lumpy and bumpy on ultrasound which can be normal or seen in patients who have some fatty replacement of the liver tissue which can occur with obesity and fatty liver changes.

parenchyma means just the meat or functional tissue of the liver.

no focal abnormal findings where seen.

this is very commonly seen in the liver and means basically your liver is pretty much normal

why did you have this liver ultrasound scan done?
